TCF Bank Stadium is the first of three spectator sports stadiums that either have been built or are being developed for the major tenants of the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome – the Gophers and two professional teams, the Minnesota Twins baseball and Minnesota Vikings football teams. Served by existing and under construction light rail, the three stadiums are located within a miles ( km) radius loosely centered at the Guthrie Theater on the Mississippi River in downtown Minneapolis.
