Duncan McArthur Jackson (15 December 1881 - 26 December 1954) was a Scottish-born Labour Party politician active in the Islington area. Born in Dennistoun, Glasgow, he was the son of John Jackson and Mary Stewart née McArthur. In the 1901 census he was living with his widowed mother in Glasgow and was a stationers' apprentice. By 1922 he was living in Islington. He was a member of the London County Council representing Islington South West from 1949–52, and as an alderman from 1952 until his death.
