From 2006 to 2008, she was three times German youth champion in the 4-by-100 meter relay . After that, she has focused increasingly on the long jump. In 2008, she won the title in this discipline at the German Junior Championships. In the adult area, they first drew attention in 2009 when she unexpectedly with a width of 6.54 m at the German Indoor Athletics Championships in Leipzig won. 2010, she defended in Karlsruhe her title and fulfilled it with a new personal best of 6.75 meters qualifying standard for the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Doha . There, however, they missed the final. In the outdoor season she was second at the German Junior Championships in the long jump and won in the 4 x 100 meter relay.
