When he talks of his family, he may make out that they are trees also (or if you're wise to his bullcrap, other Tauren), this is not entirely true as most of them are elves, or undead. Ev shares his name with a High Elf that went missing some years back - around about the same time that this Tauren appeared. This is because due to being accidently polymorphed into a Tauren by his brother - who was aiming to turn him into coal - Ev has a High (now Blood) Elf family.
