Tracy Kolis (born April 6, 1962 in Brooklyn, New York) appeared twice on Seinfeld. She was Marlene, George Costanza’s girlfriend, in “The Ex-Girlfriend”. She was then Kelly, a waitress, in “The Soup”. In addition to her Seinfeld appearances, Tracy also made guest appearances on numerous other popular television sitcoms in the 1990's such as Empty Nest, Mad About You, ABC-TV's Coach, and Clueless, as well as NBC-TV's sci-fi series Quantum Leap, the CBS-TV crime/drama series Early Edition.
