Todd worked hard during the day. It was quitting time. He clocked out and went home. He made a light dinner and went to bed hoping for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Todd found himself caught up in a dimension of golden light. "Where am I?" asked Todd to himself. "Hello!" said Todd to himself. All that he could hear is his echo. He walked around a little, and all that he could see is golden light. Suddenly, a figure walked towards him. Todd was fixated on that personage as the personage walked towards him. Todd stood still. The personage was another man.

The personage was another man. "Who are you?" asked Todd. "I'm Akira," said Akira, "do you know what is going on here?" "I was hoping that you knew," said Todd, "I say that we hold hands so that we don't get lost!" "Good idea!" said Akira. Akira and Todd took each other's hands. Then they saw three more personages walk towards them. They stood still with their eyes fixated on them. The three approached them. They were two females and one male. "Who are you?" asked Todd. "I'm Ian," said Ian, "and this is Anita and Mary Ann. What's going on here? After I went to sleep, I found myself up here!" "We were hoping that you knew!" said Akira. Suddenly, a voice called out to them. "Todd! Akira! Anita! Ian! Mary Ann!" said the voice. They looked everywhere for the female voice. "Who are you?" asked Mary Ann. Suddenly, an angelic figure descended from above the dimension as the five watched. "I am Delicia," said Delicia, "I have called you to defend the Earth as Power Rangers!" "Power Rangers?" asked Ian, "you can't be serious!" "Let me finish," said Delicia, "the Earth is in grave danger from an empire known as the Macian empire, and all of you are the best qualified to defeat them." "I see," said Mary Ann. "You will have everything that you need!" said Delicia, "good luck!" The five were hoping that Delicia was going to deposit them into their beds so that they could sleep, but that was not the case. She sent them to a mountainous area. "Where are we?" asked Todd. "Yeah?" said Mary Ann, "all I see is mountains!" Suddenly, a doorway opened in one of the mountains. "Well," said Todd, "should we go in?" "I guess," said Anita. The five went inside the doorway. "It looks like a base," said Akira, "now, I know that something is going on here!" "I agree!" said Anita. Suddenly, Delicia appeared in the middle of the base. "Delicia," said Todd, "what is going on here?" "I was testing you out as a team," said Delicia, "and I think that you will work out! This is our base of operations! Why don't you explore the base, and then we will talk about your powers?" "That sounds good to me!" said Todd.
