The 2004 Penn State Nittany Lions football team represented the Pennsylvania State University in the 2004 college football season. The team's head coach was Joe Paterno. It played its home games at Beaver Stadium in University Park, Pennsylvania. On July 23, 2012, all four wins in the season were vacated as a result of NCAA punishments handed down in the wake of the Penn State child sex abuse scandal.
