First, draw the first thwump down with a technique I call "overeager thwumping". Thwumps will actually come down and try to thwump you if you walk within one row of them. This is a great way to draw thwumps down safely. Walk near the thwump, and ride it all the way to the top. To get the gold safely, when the gauss turret targets you, let it target you when you're on the ground so you can jump over it. Then, simply run all the way to the left of the level, and fall down the shaft. Make sure you wallslide to have a safe impact. Then, keep running all the way to the right of the level. The doors will open in front of you.
