Queen Elizabeth II (21st April 1926 - 5th February 1984) was the queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Commonwealth Nations from 1952 until her death in 1984 (though from Doomsday her rule, and that of her government, de facto only covered the Isle of Wight and some parts of the South Coast) from a combination of stress, radiation and injuries, after which her son Andrew succeeded her to the throne.
