She became leader following the resignation of Frederick. She was assassinated just seven months into her term. On February 3, 2517, Bhutto was campaigning in Gevaro when she was shot in the head by her body guards. Among those murdered were Zilpha De Angeli, Yeliena Tesh-Kant, and Sita Ramona Fünke. The massacre occured because of Bhutto's increased relations with the Revolutionary Democratic Socialists. Following her assassination, a memorial was built in the four women's honor. It is called the Zilah'na Memo
