This is one of the 3 projects released for The Year of Luigi. It has been released as DLC for New Super Mario Bros. U and as a stand-alone retail title.

Das "Bros." aus New Super Mario Bros. U wurde weggestrichen, weil Mario und Luigi Brüder sind und Mario nicht spielbar ist.

Nabbit is a playable character in the game, being playable both in single player and multiplayer. Powerups don't affect him, but can be used as 1-Ups when reaching the flagpole. However, he is invincible to everything except for pits, lava, and poison water.
