James Matthew Littleboy (1845 - 15 June 1932) was an insurance agent and local politician active in the Fulham area. He was chairman of the Liverpool Victoria Legal Friendly Society. He became a member of Fulham Borough Council, and was Mayor of Fulham in 1906-07. In 1919 he was convicted of annoying persons in Hyde Park, but the sentence was later quashed following a number of character references and evidence that he was unwell and suffering from "noises in the head".
