Frameline Film Festival or Frameline, formerly known as the San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival is the oldest film festival devoted to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender programming currently in existence. According to Frameline's mission statement, the organization "strengthen the diverse lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and further its visibility by supporting and promoting a broad array of cultural representations and artistic expression in film, video and other media arts."

According to Frameline's mission statement, the organization "strengthen the diverse lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and further its visibility by supporting and promoting a broad array of cultural representations and artistic expression in film, video and other media arts." With annual attendance of 60,000 to 80,000 it is the largest LGBT film exhibition event in the world and it is the most well attended LGBT arts event in the San Francisco Bay Area.
