The Heavy cruiser of this class was one of the first jump capable ships designed by the Narn Regime after the end of the Centauri occupation of their planet. As one of the first war vessels of the Narn this is a cobbled together ship with most of the technology being obtained from trade with the League of Non-Aligned Worlds, stolen from Centauri during the occupation or any other races the Narn government thought they could get away with. Several of these ships accompanied by Frazi class heavy fighters were used in the surprise attack on Ragesh III in 2258.
