- Dr. Brown had a role in Klay World: Off the Table as Chip's uncle. He is supposedly famous for inventing a Time Machine hat (Which was actually stolen from Dr. Black) and Taking Chip and Rick the Prick back in time to when cavemen walked the table. He is well known for saying; "Grab My Hand..." And towards the end, he says that all he lives for is grabbing hands. He is killed by the Alien Version of Rick in the Climax.
- Dr. Brown is the doctor that Nanny takes Baby Piggy to for her checkup in the book Piggy Visits the Doctor. During her checkup Piggy asks the doctor if she can give her doll a checkup as well. As she examines Piggy, she explains why she has to poke and prode the patient. The Doctor also examines Lemonade's ears, weighs her, and rewards her with a necklace for being such a good patient.
- Dr. Brown worked as a doctor in the same hospital that Carole Littleton was recovering in. While Claire came to visit her mother, and meet her father Christian, for the first time, Dr. Brown can be heard being paged over the loudspeaker. (Par Avion)
- Dr. Brown was one of the researchers working in The Hive. When he, Dr. Blue and Dr. Bolt became trapped inside a sealed, flooding room, Brown attempted to use an emergency fire axe to break through the reinforced window. He failed and they all drowned. Later, after being resurrected as a zombie by the T-virus, the undead Brown still carried the axe around. He was ultimately killed for good by Rain Ocampo.
