Lim Kim Choon () is a former Singapore military officer. He was Chief of the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) from 2001 to 2006, holding the rank of Major-General. Lim joined the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) in 1976 and became the Chief of the RSAF on April 1, 2001. During his tenure as Chief, the RSAF acquired various new systems including the F-15SGs, AH-64 Apache, and SH-60 Seahawks. RSAF has also been involved in humanitarian operations in Aceh and in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina.

RSAF has also been involved in humanitarian operations in Aceh and in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. Lim retired from the military on March 24, 2006, and became the Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. His position as Air Force Chief was replaced by Ng Chee Khern.
