Markus Howell (born April 21, 1975 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a former professional Canadian football wide receiver and kick returner who is the Assistant Coach (Wide Receivers & Special Teams) of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He was drafted in the fourth round of the 2000 CFL Draft by the Blue Bombers. He played college football at Texas Southern. Howell has also been a member of the Ottawa Renegades and Calgary Stampeders.
