John Cathles Hill (1857 – 5 April 1915) was an architect and property developer. Born in Scotland, he moved to London aged 21, and established his business at Archway, Islington He was elected to the London County Council as a Municipal Reform Party councillor representing Isington North in March 1910, he resigned on 12 April 1912.
