She became a marine and she later was placed as a Sergeant in the ODSTs as a sniper. After some time there, fighting in Mombassa, getting 59 KIAs, and helping a fellow squad of marines, she was chosen to be a Spartan-IV in Fireteam Tzu, S-409. There, she was with Bison SIV, their CQC, Ray SIV, their medic, and Sinatra SIV, their scout. Her and Sinatra had a special bond, as if they were family, brother and sister, so they got along well.
