The Mechanical arm in Lai's City Stories belongs to and is being used by Orcar. It was made by his sister, Racro after a nasty fishing accident. He uses it for fighting and for target practice. Sometimes, Racro will edit it to give it more power ups or annother power, such as extendable wrists or upgraded cannon powers. When it was seen in Lai's City Stories, the mechanical arm looked like a MOLtoran arm on Orcar's McToran body. In The Story of Lai, it will look much different.

When Mickey returns to Dark Beauty Castle to defeat the Shadow Blot, the only thing remaining of the Mechanical Arm is its eye. The rest of its body was presumably washed away by the overflowing thinner in the room.
