Despite being very large or even infinite in size, almost all of the universes within a paraverse are completely inhospitable to life. Some of them might have no strong nuclear force and cause matter to rip itself apart; others might not have the mathematical concept of limits and Zeno's Paradox becomes real - no action can occur because it requires an infinite number of steps.
