Everyone's loyalties are tested when a mysterious visitor, apparently on assignment from Starfleet to investigate the crew, arrives suspiciously soon after an unexpected romance blossoms. But will he find more targets? Also, a new officer joins the crew and befriends Robert Dalton, leading him to examine his life after his wife's death.
