Over the last decade or so, there's been research into a hypothetical new weapon. Called the "atom bomb", it could level an entire city. He has to make a decision of whether or not to use the experimental weapon on the Fascist guerrillas. * Use nuclear weapons. * Avoid using nukes, but continue the war. * Pull out of Panama.
