I can confirm you can get these from pokke farm mining point +1 and higher, and also from killing Kirin or by breaking Gypsero's horn. The fastest easiest, for me atleast, was to just kill as many purple gypceros as I could, making sure to break the horn. matthew talking here now you can mine them in the swamp in the cold area where the light shines on the crystals=)
