Cynthia's Commuter Ticket is an item that Henry Townshend picks up during the course of Silent Hill 4: The Room. The ticket previously belonged to Cynthia Velasquez who, like Henry, found herself in the strange Otherworld version of the Ashfield subways. During Henry's first visit to the subway world he meets her. She suggests they accompany each other. Before exiting, however, Cynthia is separated from Henry and subsequently murdered as Walter Sullivan's 16th victim. Among Cynthia's possessions found in the murder scene is the commuter ticket. The ticket replaces the Lynch Street Line Coin in functionality.

Henry must take the ticket, which allows entrance to both the Lynch Street and King Street Line platforms, in order to safely escort Eileen Galvin to the King Street Line platform and exit the Subway World.
