He and his companions swore to lift the curse from the Ofieri prince, but they arrive to late, just to see that Geralt killed him. They seized him and intended to bring him to their king to face justice, but Geralt escaped with the aid of Gaunter O'Dimm. Geralt either fled from his captors or killed them all, including Annar.
