The Glacier was the giant glacier that separated the lands of the Raumsdalian Empire and the rest of the known world from the lands north of the Glacier. It was thought be impassable and created by God to save the people south of the Glacier from sinners though this thought was highly disputed. During the reign of Sighvat II, a passage was discovered that meandered throughout the Glacier and revealed a land full of so-far unknown animals and plants. It also contained an undiscovered race of warriors called the Rulers who were preparing to invade the lands south of the Glacier.
