abstract	Trskaar Niroth was a Trandoshan male Jedi Master during the time of the Old Republic. Trskaar was originally the Padawan of the Jedi Master Xeron Biao. Throughout his days under the Master's tutelage, Trskaar trained in the art of lightsaber combat, and spent his time in the library studying. As he grew up, he was knighted in 530 BBY, and was eventually leading missions into hostile territory. Before long, Trskaar began to miss the old days in the library and he asked the Jedi Council if he could work among the books. The Masters allowed this, and Trskaar was placed in the library with the elderly Twi'lek Dunra Venanr, who became a lifelong friend. After years of working in the library, the Council called upon him again, and asked him to lead a mission into the Unknown Regions in search of a vast library rumored to be out there. In 521 BBY, Trskaar, along with Dunra and a small team of other Jedi, he set off. The mission turned out a failure, and Trskaar, along with his team, got stranded on the bleak planet Malagarr. While on Malagarr, he and the remaining Jedi of his team, including his recently taken padawan Drikken Golce, developed a lightsaber combat form they called Form VIIb: Täius. Trskaar and the remainder of his Jedi team were rescued. Later in his later, Trskaar led a task force against his old friend Dunra after she spurred a small Dark Jedi revolt, and after a heated battle, he disposed of her.
