Robert "Tiger" West was an American xerographer, animator, and director, working on shows such as Spider-Woman, Muppet Babies (starring Frank Welker, and the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (starring Rob Paulsen, Cam Clarke, and Barry Gordon). He was a key developer in the process of Xerox equipment for animation, and was supervisor for Hanna-Barbera's Xerox department between 1968-1977. He helped establish the company in Australia. He retired in 1989. He passed away in 2006, at 81-years-old.
