Before And After is the 7th song on Rush's debut album. It is the only full album to include John Rutsey.It was never performed live. The song was featured in the 3 record set Archives which was never released on a cd. Before and After is especially notable for its beautiful slow acoustic opening which prominently features harmonics on the guitar before the distortion box kicks in. Then the song gets faster and harder just before the vocals begin.

- "Before and After" is a Sesame Street song from the first season. As a part of "Silly Song Time," a group of wild Anything Muppets gather to sing about the opposites. Before they sing, they clear their throats and do a vocal warm up. In between the verses, we see Buddy figuring out how to eat his slice of cake, aided by an unseen voice (Frank Oz). Eventually, he's left to his own devices and causes a mess when he tries to eat his cake before he opens his mouth.
- After Rose has a near death experience she drastically alters her lifestyle which causes conflict between the girls, this results in Rose moving out into an apartment where she finds that it's not everyday you find bestfriends.
- Before and After is the fifteenth episode of the fifth season and the 93rd overall episode of Grey's Anatomy.
