Leslie Dwyer (28th August, 1906 - 26th December, 1986) was a British actor perhaps most famous for his role as miserable Punch and Judy man Mr. Partridge in the BBC situation comedy Hi-De-Hi! He appeared in two different roles on Coronation Street, firstly Ernie Sutton in 1968 and 1973, then as Jacko Dugdale in 1978. Leslie's other credits include Ivanhoe, Steptoe And Son, Doctor Who and Terry And June.
