Heather got her head shaved in the episode I Triple Dog-Dare You! because of Gwen and Owen teaming up on her to give her lots of dares, while they had a lot of freebies, meaning that they could skip out on the dares. One dare that was supposed to be for Gwen or Owen was forced back onto Heather, and it was Lindsay's dare: have your head shaved by Chef. She could've walked the Dock of Shame and been out of the contest, or she could have accepted the dare and still been in. While she was thinking about it, the razor came closer and closer to her, and, I suppose on instinct, she kicked it out of Chef's hands, and it ultimately shaved her head in the end. She protested when Chris said she was out of the game, but he explained that she didn't accept the dare. If she did, she would still be bald
