The River Monsters are based in Highland Heights, Kentucky, with home games played at The Bank of Kentucky Center. Former University of Kentucky star Jared Lorenzen will be the franchise's first General Manager, while former University of Cincinnati running back Ray Jackson is the team's President and Director of Football Operations. Jayson Ameer Rasheed, former Sports Information Director at Thomas More College, is the Director of Media Relations.
