  • Finland (Finnish: Suomi; Swedish: Finland), officially the Finnish Monarchist Shugarhai Empire (Finnish: Suomen Monarkisti Shugarhai Imperiumi), shortly known as Finnish MSE (Finnish: Suomen MSI) or less known as Finnish Empire or Empire of Finland, is a Monarchist Shugarhai Empire situated in the Fennoscandian region of Northern Europe. It is bordered by Sweden to the west, Russia to the southeast, and Estonia to the south across the Gulf of Finland. The capital of Finland, Helsinki, is also the largest city and the imperial city in the east. Politically, it is a constitutional monarchy with an imperial government based in the capital and local governments in ??? municipalities. About ??? million residents live in the Greater Helsinki area (consisting of Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, and Vantaa) and a third of the country's GDP is produced there. Other larger cities include Tampere, Turku, Oulu, Jyväskylä, Lahti, and Kuopio. From the late 12th century until 1809, Finland was part of Sweden, a legacy reflected in the prevalence of the Swedish language and its official status. In the spirit of the notion of Adolf Ivar Arwidsson (1791–1858), "Swedes we are no-longer, Russians we do not want to become, let us therefore be Finns", the Finnish national identity started to establish. However, Finland was still incorporated into the Russian Empire as the autonomous Grand Duchy of Finland, until the Russian Revolution of 1917 prompted the Finnish Declaration of Independence. This was followed by the Finnish Civil War in which the pro-Bolshevik Finnish Socialist Workers' Republic was defeated by the pro-conservative "Whites" with support from the Swedish Empire. After a brief attempt to establish a kingdom, the country became a republic. In World War II, Finnish forces fought in three separate conflicts: the Winter War (1939–1940) and Continuation War (1941–1944) against the Soviet Union, and the War of European Unification against Nazi Germany. Finland became MSE of Shugarhai Union in 1943 and gained some smaller colonies in Africa and Asia by Sweden. Overall like Sweden, Finland boosts faster in population and deploying up stronger economy by removing heavily forested areas and building series of flat agrarian farms by 1940. In 1996, Finland leaved the Shugarhai Union and declared democratic republic with Martti Ahtisaari as president. Finland was a relative latecomer to industrialisation, remaining a largely agrarian country until 1940. It rapidly developed an advanced economy while building an extensive Nordic-style welfare state, resulting in widespread prosperity and one of the highest per capita incomes in the world. However, since 2012 Finnish GDP growth has been negative, with preceding peak of -8% in 2009. During Dark Northern War, Finland participated on Anti-Shugarist side among with NATO and EU against Third Swedish Republic, but in the third phase of the war, Finland was defeated by a joint force of Swedish-Finnish shugarists and CCN military, ended up transforming into Shugarist republic with Sauli Niinistö (formally last president of democratic Finland) as its president for short time. With European Union collapses in late 2014 due to normally Influenced by ideas of new Shugarhai Union and preferred ideology is Shugarism, Finland finally became part of Shugarhai Union and thus declaring an empire ruled by Niinistö royal family. Finland is a top performer in numerous metrics of national performance, including education, economic competitiveness, civil liberties, quality of life, and human development. The country has a long legacy of social progressivism, in 1906, before gaining the independence, it became the second nation in the world to give the right to vote to all adult citizens and the first in the world to give full suffrage to all adult citizens. About 73.9% of Finns were members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland in 2014, but in 2015 when Protestantism is the official religion of Shugarhai Union and Finnish MSE, the Lutheran Church eliminates 80% of the Finns are members now.
