Stanmore was called out by the receptionist when Danny King showed up to investigate the bizarre death of Rinoka Aratsu. John greeted Danny and the other survivors, telling him that he was sorry for his loss and that they're still investigating her death themselves. Mary-Beth Bradbury, realizing the administrator was trying to avoid a lawsuit, told him that they weren't seeking any compensation over the girl's death, and that they just wanted some answers. Stanmore then led them over to Jess, the nurse who had been tending Rinoka before she died.
