Rudolph IV (b. August 3, 2450-June 27, 2543) of the Rothingren-Traugott Dynasty was the last Emperor of Hulstria during the period of Dual Monarchy when he shared power with the Gao-Showa Tenno. Shortly before his government was overthrown, he fled to the Holy Luthori Empire with his family and priceless Imperial artifacts such as the crown jewels, as well as transfering Imperial Assets into Luthori accounts. After his arrival in Luthor, he became the popular candidate to become Holy Luthori Emperor. His mother, Sophia the Electress of Tinako, was the daughter of Eilzabeth and Edward II, the daughter of legendary Luthori Emperor Richard I, and therefore many Luthori Royalists and Hulstrian Imperialists argue that he was Richard's line's legal heir.
