- Tourists take pictures of their surroundings (as uninteresting as the subject may be), speak a foreign language, and are generally inconsiderate of others. Their carelessness ends up causing trouble for a number of Cappy Town residents and Tiff. They ended up in danger once King Dedede tried to impress them with Flame Feeder at Booma-Dooma Volcano. In their critique of the tour, the tourists surmised that it was a terrible experience, and that Dedede (whom they referred to as "a blue blimp") took things too far at the Volcano. The only thing they enjoyed was Kirby.
- Tourists. Sweet lightning, tourists. Sure, they bring in lots of money which can be soaked out of them by means of Imperial dollar exchange rates, cheap souvenirs, carefully inflated prices on salty food and watery, sugary and/or alcoholic drink, renting rooms at inns and shamelessly unauthentic entertainments, but we still have to tolerate them and not use them for experiments. No matter how loud, inconvenient or demanding they might be. Or short of attention span. ...sigh.
- Most of the residents now make a living off of the tourists, most notable are Jack Sawyer's Desert Jack's Graboid Tour (later owned by Tyler Reed), Nancy Sterngood's souvenir business, Burt Gummer's Survival School, and Jodi Chang's Chang's Market.

A number of tourists on Desert Jack's Graboid Tour encountered a real Graboid and witnessed it eating Desert Jack's friend and partner, Buford. With the help of Mindy they were able to escape back to Perfection, and out of the valley from there, and Jack and Mindy warn the townspeople that Graboids were back as at the time it had been many years since the first attacks and everybody thought all the Graboids were dead.

And they're pretty easily pleased, if you think about it. ...sigh.
