| - Six months and you still haven't deleted the main page? :) I'd just advise that a diff like this would have been preferable to the "Check here" above, but I found it anyway. Do you have any comments on any previous RfR on this wiki? — Jeff G. ツ 02:39, February 18, 2011 (UTC) Yes, my previous RfR that got me administrator rights, which I am very grateful about is here. I think that is what you mean, and what do you mean by "still havent deleted the main page"? --Jempcorp {user page | talk} 06:35, February 18, 2011 (UTC) P.S. I just want to say that the Closing notes and conclusions heading for this request page is not working. --Jempcorp {user page | talk} 06:38, February 18, 2011 (UTC) It works once it’s transcluded. If you take a look over at the transclusion target page — ATW:RfR — you’ll see that it works just fine. I thought the same thing when I made my entry! — SpikeToronto 22:51, February 18, 2011 (UTC) Shouldn't it still work? I mean, it isn't really a template... Oh, Wikis and their tricks. --Jempcorp {user page | talk} 08:12, February 19, 2011 (UTC) OH! I just got what you said! Ha. No I havent commented on any RfR yet. I didn't think that was part of the admin rights. You know, only being able to give rollback rights :/. I have been inactive for a while (been busy lately) and I had forgotten about my work on wikis! But now I am back into them. --Jempcorp {user page | talk} 07:37, February 18, 2011 (UTC) It appears that anyone allowed to post on this wiki (including non-blocked anons with no previous edits) may post or reply to comments to an RfR like this one, just like Spike did above - it's a discussion area. Bureaucrats may discount !votes from anons with no previous edits, but those !votes are still allowed as long as they don't violate any other rules. If we want to change any of that, or start sectioning and/or numbering !votes like they do on English Wikipedia, this is not the right place to discuss it. All I can see on this page is a bunch of comments and one !vote I just made below, and I'm not comfortable with elevating a bureaucrat without any other input in the form of !votes. Concerning comments on previous RfRs, I didn't mean your own, I meant those of others, as much of the job of a bureaucrat here is evaluating RfRs, commenting on them, and eventually acting on them. Noting that you haven't commented on anyone else's past RfR (or English Wikipedia RfA), we have little bureaucrat-related work on which to base an opinion. — Jeff G. ツ 04:21, February 26, 2011 (UTC) By "still havent deleted the main page" I meant that you haven't done any damage. — Jeff G. ツ 04:18, February 26, 2011 (UTC) OH! Now I am getting it. Well, I will keep an eye out for more requests, and vote on an RfR in the future. I hope that brings more confidence in considering my request. Thanks, Jempcorp {user page | talk} 12:00, February 26, 2011 (UTC). "Need more input!" (Johnny 5 in Short Circuit)! — Jeff G. ツ 04:24, February 27, 2011 (UTC)Closing notes and conclusions

* File:Symbol support vote.svg Support The primary function of a Bureaucrat that distinguishes it from an Administrator, is that a Bureaucrat closes applications for Administrator/Bureaucrat privileges by either approving that application, or declining it. One imagines that the best way of determining whether an applicant for the sysop bit would be able to use the tools properly is to have made extensive use of them oneself. Therefore, it would have been nice if Jempcorp’s contribs and logs showed more use of the admin tools. Notwithstanding the lack of sysop activity, I feel confident supporting this candidate, especially per the sentiments in WP:NETPOSITIVE (which, while applying to RfAs, should have some applicability to RfBs). — SpikeToronto 08:33, February 27, 2011 (UTC)
* File:Symbol support vote.svg Weak Support Per above, I would like to see more sysop work, this is all in Good Faith though. Joe Gazz84 talk to me 12:21, March 4, 2011 (UTC) Image:Pictogram voting comment.svg Comment: I have to say that since my comment above, Jempcorp has stepped up his sysop activities here at ATW. He has been working on fixing some broken links, templates, categories, and problems in the MediaWiki files (which only sysops can edit) that were affecting the skins. — SpikeToronto 23:06, March 4, 2011 (UTC)

* Image:Pictogram voting support.svg Approved after 23 days and a 3/0/0 tally (excluding myself), proving that we need more crats. — Jeff G. ツ 21:46, March 11, 2011 (UTC) Thank you so much, Jeff! :) — Jempcorp {user page | talk} 21:49, March 11, 2011 (UTC). You're welcome! — Jeff G. ツ 23:53, March 15, 2011 (UTC)
