Patrick Ness is the latest addition to the gayerarchy of Doctor Who-related television (which has past included illustrious figures such as Waris Hussein, JNT, Gareth Roberts, RTD, and Mark Gatiss, and pretty much everyone else except Moffat and allegedly one of the girl directors). After writing a bunch of (preddy gud) books for young adults, he set his sights even lower by writing a spinoff of Doctor Who. On BBC Cunting Three. His only prior Who work is one of those diddy short stories that they got people to phone in for the 50th anniversary. He prefers to be known as 'P. Ness'.

He was erased from Class after the comical flop that was its first (and probably only) season. His career appears to have survived this brief indignity.
