| - Bill Taylor is a former NASCAR driver from Concord, NC. He competed in four Nextel Cup Series events in his career. He debuted in 1957, when Taylor debuted at Raleigh. Starting 28th in the fifty-three car field, Taylor completed 223 of the 250 laps in route to a 30th place finish. His other three events came in 1959, with much better results. After finishing 22nd in his season debut, Taylor completed all but seven laps in route to a 12th place finish, the only race of the year he finished. He also had a decent 19th place finish at Concord to end his career.

He began to develop Rustlung while at Azura, and assisted in killing the Lambent for Delta. When Adam Fenix activated the weapon, Bill had enough Imulsion in his system to be effected. He, along with hundreds of Humans, all of the Lambent and most of the remaining Locust was killed by the weapon. He was at first awed by the light, until he began to deteriorate.
