- See Note. You can occasionally find different pages ripped from an old journal in Treasure Chests or also rarely with Things or Keepas of any kind. These journal pages cannot be "used" in any way for now, and you cannot place them into the word, you can just store them. They solely exist to tell you bits of the background-story of Creativerse.

- The Journal is a section of Hamumu Software's official website that was first introduced on August 8, 1999. The Journal section functions as a sort of personal blog, which enables company founder Mike "Jamul" Hommel to write about events in his life, updates on the progress of games he is working on or ideas for future games and game features. Since June 7, 2004, site visitors have been able to comment on Journal entries.
- Your player's Journal may be accessed from its quill and ink pot button on the left side of the game screen. This is where the game records brief notes on the more important (whether the seem so or not at the time) milestones of your adventure. In "classic" Baldur's Gate your Journal is a single list of date-stamped entries for each Chapter of the game. This list quickly becomes a rather unwieldy reference tool as it fills up with entries for completed quests, etc. The "In your Journal" sections for quests in this wiki still apply, except that the very brief Quest Titles and Entry Titles are not found there.
- A journal is a published collection of articles regarding a particular subject, usually published on fixed dates much like a magazine. Many journals are bi-monthly while some only come out quarterly. Some organisations now publish electronic editions of their journals, either as an alternative to the paper version or instead of it; however despite opting for a web-only format the early adopters are as a rule still releasing sequential editions rather than uploading individual articles as soon as they become available.
- Dear journal, Today, I was going to catch the flying banana bus but a dragon wearing a pineapple hat pressed the B button on my xbox and then GI Joe popped out of no where. I said "WOW!" and then we all danced the hokey pokey. I was going to be late so I said "turnip sauce" and then flew to the magical Candy Mountain up in the purple sky. I thought I lost my friend Bob but Bob was right next to me, eating Charlie the Unicorn. Dancing bananas started to attack Bob so I started to fly around them, playing mariachi music. A dragon started to say "MARSHEMALLOWS!" And then we all fell to a garbage dump. There was a donut shop selling ghosts! Why is Ashley Tisdale floating in the air? I poked Bob's fat belly and then Bob turned into GI Joe, so I said YAY! And then we all danced the hokey pokey.
(VOY: "Investigations")
- The Journal is the all-in-one place where you can examine your character's stats, adjust your equipment and items, look through spells, and read through quest journal entries. It has four tabs: Status, Inventory, Magic, and Maps/Quests. Each tab has five sections. In The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, the journal is no longer part of the inventory, skills, or magic systems and exists as a means of quest tracking. Players can track multiple quests simultaneously and view brief cliff notes on their status in any quest(s) they are involved in.
