He feels it helps to cheer others and himself up, even if that's not always true. His joking nature helps hide his nigh-constant dour mood, from himself and others. That, and his Guardian-class armor in cargo ship mode, are the only reason he lived to tell the tale. In cargo ship mode, Cyb-ex is fully aware of everything that happens inside him, and has a full medbay for transporting ailing Transformers and humans. He flies 190 mph in an atmosphere, but can achieve escape velocity for short bursts into order to escape the gravity well; cruises 1600 mph in space with a 30,000 mile range, farther and faster when he uses his FTL engines. Armed with a powerful FTL Cannon, directing the immense energy required to fuel FTL transportation into a beam weapon.
