Taegeuk (in Kukkiwon/WTF Taekwondo) refers to a set of poomsae or forms used to teach Kukkiwon/WTF taekwondo. A form, or poomsae (also spelled pumsae or poomse) is a defined pattern of defense-and-attack motions.
