Molecular Medicine is a multi-disciplinary journal which focuses on understanding the pathogenesis of disease at the molecular level and translating this knowledge into specific molecular tools for diagnosis, treatment and prevention. As of 2008, the journal's Editors-in-Chief are Kevin J. Tracey (Feinstein Institute for Medical Research, USA) and Anthony Cerami (Kenneth S. Warren Laboratories, USA). Molecular Medicine is indexed by Medline. The impact factor for 2007 is 2.708. Open, full-text access to all publications dating back to 2000 is available via the journal's website.
