Dick Decloe (born 20 May 1953) is a former professional ice hockey player. A Memorial Cup winner, Decloe spent most of his playing career as a top scorer in the first German Bundesliga. A Canadian, he played international for the Netherlands at the 1980 Winter Olympics. Decloe is an ethnic Dutch and played for the Netherlands at the 1980 Olympics. He scored 5 points in 5 games, as the Dutch finished in 8th place.
