In Space Sector 0666, a group of former Sinestro Corps soldiers try to escape from the purge of the Corps on a ship. They escaped from the Central Power Battery induced coma by cutting off their ring fingers. The hull is ripped open and they are attacked by Bleez and a force of Red Lanterns. On Earth, Rankorr attacks Guy Gardner while he just maintains a shield construct and tries to calm him passively. Guy tries to tell him that he has a choice and that a Blue Lantern can cleanse him of the red rage. Their conflict causes damage to the surrounding area and Rankorr saves Guy from getting hit by a car after asking Guy to help him. Guy is amazed to find a Red Lanter who could talk. Rankorr's ring pulls him to space and Guy decides helping bystanders is more important than dealing with Rankor

  • In Space Sector 0666, a group of former Sinestro Corps soldiers try to escape from the purge of the Corps on a ship. Rankorr's ring pulls him to space and Guy decides helping bystanders is more important than dealing with Rankorr and can't chase after him. Bleez interrogates Filo, the leader of the captured former Sinestro Soldiers, but doesn't believe him when he tell her about the recent developments involving Sinestro. When he mocks her notion of controlling the Red Lanterns, Bleez melts him with a volley of her rage plasma. Atrocitus walks through the jungle on Ysmault, following the smell of Krona. He eventually reaches the Abominable Zone and finds the Abysmorphs have risen from their graves. Abysmus is wearing Krona's skin and ate his body to absorb his power. This does not work the way he planned as Atrocitus just sees killing Abysmus as the next best thing to getting to kill Krona himself and his rage is born anew. Atrocitus shreds the Abysmorphs to pieces. Rankorr lands in the middle of the fight and Atrocitus's attention becomes focused on him. Abysmus seizes this window of opportunity and stabs Atrocitus through with a spike. Abysmus then tells his Abymorphs to kill Rankorr.
