  • Hard floors are easier to deal with than carpet. Hard floors can be cleaned as many times as required as often as needed to remove mites. If there are signs on mites on the floor then clean the floor until they are gone. What you will need: * Bucket * Hot water * Kleen * Microfiber mop * Gloves How to: 1. * Fill the bucket with one or two kettles of hot water 2. * Add in 1ml to 5ml of Kleen 3. * Put on a pair of kitchen or garden plastic gloves 4. * Take the microfiber pad off of the mop and put it into the bucket of hot water 5. * Pick up the microfiber mop pad from the bucket and wring out most of the water 6. * Put the microfiber pad on the head of the mop 7. * Mop a section of floor making sure that you go over the area three times; one of the times needs to be with extra pressure to really pull the mites off the floor. If the area still has mites then more pressure may be needed. 8. * After mopping each section take the mop head off and put it back in the bucket for at least 20 seconds 9. * Repeat steps 5 to 8 until all hard floors are clean 10. * Wash the outside of the gloves then put them somewhere to drip dry If storing the mop on the floor then prop it up off the floor, for example on top of the bucket, so it doesn't get mouldy.
