Milivoje Dobrosavic is (or was) a Serbian Tzimisce and, apparently, a Noddist scholar. At some point in or before 1999, Dobrosavic met with the Salubri elder Rayzeel in or near the city that was once known as Ashur. The two of them spoke at length regarding Saulot and his prophecies. In 1999, as Dobrosavic fled from NATO bombings, he was given sanctuary by his clanmate Sascha Vykos in exchange for information, most notably that relating to Rayzeel. Years later, as Gehenna approached, Beckett was able to find this information in Vykos' records, and used it to track Rayzeel back to her haven in Ashur.
