- Niobe is a member of the Resistance and the captain of both the Logos and the Logos II. She served on the Logos with her first mate Ghost and operator Sparks.

- Queen Niobe is Aisha's mother and the Queen of Andros. She has a lot of purely strong and close motherly love for Aisha. She also made the choice of Aisha marrying Nabu. - Niobe was a princess who had to marry whomever was king of Attica. She married King Orestes shortly after his coronation without knowing that he was actually Iolaus in the place of Orestes. As they spent time together, she fell in love with Iolaus. When his identity was eventually revealed, Niobe asked Iolaus if his feelings for her had been an act and he responded that they had not been. Niobe remained married to Orestes. Niobe was one of the best archers in Attica (HTLJ "King For A Day").
- Niobe (played by actress Jada Pinkett Smith) is a fictional character in the video game Enter the Matrix and the two feature films The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions. Niobe also appears in the MMORPG The Matrix Online. In the game, however, Niobe's character voicing is portrayed by actress Gina Torres, who portrayed the minor Zion character Cas in Reloaded and Revolutions. In January 2004, Pinkett Smith was nominated for an NAACP Image Award for the role of Niobe. Fellow cast member Nona Gaye also received a nod for her portrayal of Zee. [1]
- Niobe is the Incarnation of Fate in Clotho and Lachesis form. She was first married to Cedric Kaftan who took her place and died in her stead. She and Cedric had a son, Cedric Kaftan Jr. who would later become a powerful Magician. She then becomes Clotho for 25 years and watches over her son whom she left with Cedric's cousin. She leaves the office of Fate and marries Pacian Kaftan, Cedric's cousin and has a daughter named Orb. Around the same time, Cedric Kaftan Jr. has Luna and the two girls grow up together, much like Pacian and Cedric Jr. Shortly after Pacian dies, Niobe rejoins fate to become the Lachesis aspect of Fate.
