Hi all, Atvelonis here. Lately there have been a few requests for me to become a bureaucrat, so I figured now would be a good time to apply for the position. Currently, I'm the most active administrator, as Tim, Flight, Jarjar, and CCC are all somewhat preoccupied with real life. While CCC and Tim have decent levels of activity, it's still difficult to get them to update Special:UserRights in a timely fashion due to their schedules. This has been a bit of a problem as promotions and resignations often end up taking several days. I don't plan on investing lots of time in something else anytime soon, and I've kept pretty stable activity levels since I joined, so it would be good to have a less busy admin such as myself as bureaucrat to help improve efficiency.

Some background if you don't know me. I joined in late 2014 but didn't interact much until I became a staff member the next year. In 2015 I supported a lot of new community-oriented projects to help get the ball rolling again, like the new Staff application system, the Guilds, Weekly Updates, the Moot, and so on. I'm nearing 50,000 edits and have created almost 5000 mainspace pages, plus I have loads of projects I'm working on at any given moment. I check Recent Changes very thoroughly on a regular basis and spend a lot of time on the chat moderating discussions and collaborating with others so I'm up to date on everything and very accessible. That's the gist of it. We are in need of another bureaucrat and because I'm pretty level-headed and have a lot of experience with the wiki at this point I believe I'm qualified for the position.
